It was working fine in localhost but after installing Advanced post slider in my web server , I am not able to create any new slide, after Template One Template Two Template Three Thumbnails tabs directly the “add new slide” button is coming .
Also inside Thumbnails tab I am only able see
N.B. From version 2 you dont need to re-generate your existing post thumbnail after creating a new thumbnail size or changing dimensions of existing advps thumbnail size.
“add new” is only refreshing the screen nothing happening. Can you please guide me what is actually happening, is this a common problem with this plugin?Its tough to suggest exact solution as I cant see the actual problem and also cant reproduce the problem in my environment.
First check you don’t have any javascript conflict issue. If you able to access database check that Advanced post slider database table ‘your_database_prefix_advps_optionset’ and ‘your_database_prefix_advps_thumbnail’ created successfully with default data.
Do you have a default slideshow under each template and default thumbnail size under thumbnail tab?
