More ability to filter?

Your Advanced Post Slider is great and easy to use, but I discovered that I need to be able to filter the posts it displays by more than one category – such as those which have the category “News” and also by only those in a particular state, ie. category = “News” AND “Ohio”. Is there any way to do this?
